sheep's ricotta fresh and quality as per the classic tradition, with the addition of 100% Sicilian pure pistachio paste or chocolate paste (depending on the chosen flavour)

PREPARATION

Open the sicilybox cannoli kit, arrange the pods on a surface and pour the chopped pistachios and chocolate chips onto a saucer.

Open the polystyrene container containing the piping bag, remove it and cut the tip with scissors to facilitate the release of the ricotta.

Take a wafer, apply light pressure on the piping bag and with small rotary movements we will fill the wafer first on one side and then on the other.

Once the filling phase has been completed, dip one part of the cannoli in chopped pistachios and the other in chocolate chips and finally dust with icing sugar.
SHIPPING
Our cannoli kits are shipped by express courier every Monday and Tuesday with delivery within 48/72 hours. The freshness of the cannoli remains unchanged for 7 days from departure, and since the cold chain is not interrupted throughout the journey, even when the packages remain stationary, there is no risk of loss of quality of the ricotta.
