EXPIRY AND STORAGE
Rinds: 1 month from the arrival of the package. Store outside the fridge, in a cool, dry place away from heat sources.
Sheep's ricotta: 7 days from the departure of the package (see expiry label on the piping bag). Store at +4 degrees.
Cream experience: 9/12 months from the day of production. Store outside the fridge, in a cool, dry place away from heat sources
THE BOX CONTAINS:
- 5 - 10 or 15 hand-prepared glazed waffles , in the flavours : pistachio lovers, chokobueno, chokocereali, chokocaramel and chokoreo . (depending on the format chosen)
- 500g -1000g or 1500g of very fresh 100% sheep's milk ricotta (if you choose the variant with ricotta)
- 400g -800g or 1200g of very fine and delicate cream experiences combined with the flavors of the peels (if you choose the variant with creams)

PREPARATION IF YOU CHOOSE RICOTTA

Open the sicilybox cannoli kit and arrange the pods on a surface

Open the polystyrene container containing the piping bag, remove it and cut the tip with scissors to make it easier for the ricotta to come out.

Take a pod, apply light pressure on the piping bag and with small rotary movements we will fill the pod first on one side and then on the other.

Zest of cereals: Zest: 00 wheat flour , white chocolate, sugar, red wine, cocoa powder 22-24, palm oil, natural flavourings, natural colouring. May contain traces of nuts, milk, soy, sesame.
