Return policy

"Pursuant to Legislative Decree 06/09/05 No. 206, the consumer customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to provide explanations and without any penalty, within 14 days from the delivery of the products. As is obvious, this right cannot be exercised in the event that delivery has already taken place and for perishable food and/or household products."

To exercise this right, the customer must send written communication by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the address:

"As well as to the email address [email protected], clearly indicating the product or products for which you intend to exercise the Right of Withdrawal, provided they are intact."

"Once the aforementioned communication of withdrawal has been received, Sicilyaddict will promptly inform the customer of the instructions for returning the goods."
The right of withdrawal is nonetheless subject to the following conditions:

The right applies to the product purchased in its entirety; it is not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal only on part of the purchased product.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to measure or customized, as well as food items or household use.

The acquired good must be intact.
Returns are always at the customer's expense.
In case of damage to the goods during transport, Sicilyaddict will inform the customer of the incident, allowing them to promptly file a complaint against the courier of their choice and obtain a refund for the value of the goods (if insured); in this event, the product will be made available to the customer for its return, simultaneously canceling the withdrawal request.

Sicilyaddcit is not liable in any way for damages or theft/loss of goods returned with uninsured shipments.

Upon its arrival at the seller's warehouse, the product will be examined to assess any damage or tampering not resulting from transportation.
"Subject to any restoration costs for verified damage to the original packaging, the seller will refund the customer the full amount already paid, within 30 days from the return of the goods. In this case, it will be the customer's responsibility to promptly provide the bank details for the refund (ABI Code – CAB – Current Account of the invoice holder)."
The right of withdrawal is completely lost due to the lack of the essential condition of integrity of the good (packaging and/or its contents), in cases where Sicilyaddcit and/or the seller ascertain:

The lack of the outer packaging and/or the original internal packaging;
The absence of integral elements of the product;
'Damage to the product for reasons other than its transport'
In the event of the expiration of the right of withdrawal, Sicilyaddcit will proceed to return the purchased item to the sender, charging the shipping costs to the same.
