EXPIRATION AND STORAGE

Peels: 1 month from the arrival of the package. Store outside the fridge, in a cool and dry place away from heat sources.

Sheep Ricotta: 7 days from the shipment of the package (see expiration label on the piping bag). Store at +4 degrees.

Crema experience: 9/12 months from the date of production. Store outside the fridge, in a cool and dry place away from heat sources.

THE BOX CONTAINS:

- 5 - 10 or 15 cialde glassate prepared by hand, in the flavors pistachio lovers, ciokobueno, ciokocereali, ciokocaramel and ciokoreo. (based on the chosen format)

- 500g -1000g or 1500g of 100% fresh sheep ricotta (if you choose the variant with ricotta)

- 400g -800g or 1200g of very fine and delicate cream experiences combined with the flavors of the peels (if you choose the variant with creams)

PREPARATION IF YOU CHOOSE RICOTTA

Open the sicilybox cannoli kit and arrange the shells on a surface.
Open the polystyrene container containing the piping bag, remove it, and cut the tip with scissors to facilitate the exit of the ricotta.
Take a wafer, apply a light pressure on the piping bag, and with small rotating movements, we will fill the wafer first on one side and then on the other.
Once the filling phase is complete, all that remains is to savor this wonder.
