PREPARATION

Open the sicilybox kit cartocci, arrange the cartocci on a surface and pour the chocolate drops and granulated sugar onto a small plate (obviously separately).

Roll the outer part of the cones in granulated sugar evenly.

Open the polystyrene container containing the piping bag, remove it, and cut the tip with scissors to facilitate the exit of the ricotta.

Take a cone, apply a light pressure on the piping bag, and with small rotating movements, we will fill it first on one side and then on the other.

Once the filling phase is complete, dip the cones in the chocolate drops.
